5.2 Payment is considered completed once the transaction is successfully processed by the payment provider.
5.3 Upon successful payment, the Client receives access to the Service according to the selected scope.
6.1 By completing the purchase and confirming acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, the Client expressly agrees to receive immediate access to the purchased digital content.
6.2 As the product consists of digital educational materials delivered instantly after payment, the Client acknowledges that the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund does not apply once access to the digital content has been provided.
6.3 This policy is applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
6.4 If the Client experiences verified technical issues preventing access to the purchased materials, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.
The Client agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with their bank or payment provider without first contacting the Provider to attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated after access to the digital content has been granted, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access to the Service and any related certificates until the dispute is resolved.
